I would suggest this cookbook to anyone who wants to eat healthy and lose weight. I've cut my daily calories and I'm still full after eating anything from this cookbook.

I cook every meal with it, and i read a few days ahead to decide what I want. It's informative, it's easy, and it's the best "diet" cookbook I have ever seen!!! If you want to loose weight with really good meals, and meals you would love to eat like burgers, pizza, and lasagna... this is for you!!! Lose wight the easy way, and enjoy the great foods that you love!!! I've lost almost 25 lbs since starting the diet 3 weeks ago!! (Along with walking for 30 mins a day wich was new for me) Don't hesitate!!! Do yourself the favor if your seriously going on a diet and want amazing recipes... THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!!!!
