Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect place to start I was recommended this book by a store associate when I explained my husband and I were interested in starting into the vegan lifestyle. The associate, a vegan herself (what a coincidence) immediately directed us to this book. Perfect for beginners, the recipes are fairly simple (and delicious of course), and there's also background information throughout! I was basically jumping up and down with joy walking to the register with this book!
