This story is a tale told by the bottle neck. The bottle neck related its history, which was really remarkable. It remembers how it was made in the heated stove, how it was filled with first quality wine and was opened during an engagement celebration. The bottle neck tells how a sailor took the bottle with him on a sea journey and how their ship has wrecked. The bottle traveled around the world and returned home. There the old lady takes it up and she doesn't suspect that she drank wine from this bottle on her engagement.
