After loving this book I purchased some of her older books which all involve pureeing vegetables. I don't care for those books, but this one is 10/10

All the ingredients are simple, instructions are clear and the recipes come out tasty and delicious. It never fails! My favorite recipes are the Flourless Chocolate Cake, Sweet pea and Onion fritatta and 4 ways Chicken drumsticks. If you love eating good food but doesn't know where to start when it comes to cooking, or if you just like good, simple meals this book is for you.
