The book has a meal plan, however the shopping lists fir each week are huge and a lot of the ingredients are not very practical (leg of lamb?? I can't even purchase that where I live, nor do I have desire to eat it). I guess you get what you pay for.

Bought this book after reading Dr. Fung's "The Diabetes Code" and after following the recommendations my blood glucose levels went from 21 after being diagnosed earlier this year, to normal levels within 6 weeks with minimal medication. Intermittent fasting is key to lowering high blood sugar along with dietary change. Anyone and everyone with T2 Diabetes should read "The Diabetes Code" followed by "The Complete Guide to Fasting"!
