Customer Reviews of The Courage To Heal Workbook: A Guide for Women Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse

Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Through, Well-Structured I had read that this workbook was contraversial because it was said to cause the reader to conjure up false memories. I don't think this would be possible. It is not a step-by-step manuel for putting yourself into a trance and pulling things out of your psyche. This is a well-structured approach, presented in down-to-earth terms. Includes info on how to establish a "safety net" and leaves nothing to chance. Obviously written by a survivor who knows what needs to be included.
