Rated 4 out of 5 by from good stuff good stuff, love the lords of the underworld. whereas I like reading about how characters overcome strife, this book dragged on a bit for me, could have pulled out elements and made it 2 different books with all the insights for the other characters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Torin can give me cooties anytime! Once again Gena Showalter has written another great book. Poor Torin has been the series under dog being the keeper of disease. He can never get close physically to another without causing sickness and death. He'd tried have a relationship in the past, but how can you love someone when you can't touch them? My heart broke for Torin and for Keeleycael; the only person who seems to be immune to his deadly touch...sort of. I love these two together and was on the edge of my seat the entire book wondering if Torin would ever get his happy ending. The only bad thing about this book is the time I'll have to wait until the next one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could've been better Of all the books...this is my least favorite. The middle and the end could have been better. It felt like the book rushed to finish.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Caracters in a Creative World I've liked the book, as usually. I Love the series, the Caracters & the world-worlds in which they evolve. Gena Showalter's Caracter match between the hero & his mate is great & in this book it was lovely. As a small request if I may, I would have liked steemier, hotter & more detailed sex scenes in all the books. Nevertheless, I've got all the books of the series & will continue reading the ones yet to come. Am impatiently awaiting Hades's story & Cameo's versus Lazarus.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Darkest Touch I'm a big Gena Showalter fan! Have read many of her books, but was quite disappointed with this one. The plot seemed like a good one, but I found the book too long and not as exciting as her past books. Pity.
