A powerful guide to building a data-centric corporate culture that unleashes talent and improves engagement Amazon delights customers with recommendations that are spot on. Google amazes us by generating answers before we've even finished asking a question. These companies know who we are and what we want.

The key to their magic is Big Data. Personalizing the consumer experience with the collection and analysis of consumer data is widely recognized as one of the biggest business opportunities of the 21st century. But there is a flip side to this that has largely been missed. What if we were able to use data about employees to personalize and customize their experience - to increase their engagement, help them learn faster on the job, and figure out which teams they should be on?

In this book, Leerom and his colleagues outline the six principles they've used to decode work and unlock the maximum potential of their talent, and share success stories from other organizations that have embraced this approach. The Decoded Company is an actionable blueprint for any company that wants the best from its people, and isn't afraid of radical approaches to get it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AWFUL AND USELESS I purchased this expensive book hoping to learn some usefull info. Instead of that I was bored to death with some useless data information. Also the book is filled with business cliches already known. I looked on Ama*on reviews and I see that most of them are written in the same day. Obviously fake reviews that got me tricked in buying this POOR RUBISH !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Decoded Company Delivers Kudos to the authors here for delivering a great business book for today's organisational challenges. It was refreshing to read how Klick and the other companies are using social technologies and data to engage and develop talent while transforming their cultures into people first environments. There were a lot of great case studies and teachable moments for me that I plan to try and apply within my current role. Five stars all the way! You won't be disapointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must read I couldn't put this book down, finding myself inspired and motivated with each page turned! There is many great real world examples of successful companies that use data to personalize consumer experiences, it shows how data can change and shape organizational culture and behaviours. The tools that the Decoded uses can be transformative for any type of organization, regardless of how small or how big the team is. I was really impressed with the content of this book; not only is the Decoded highly inspirational, but also immensely educational.  Great read, highly recommended!
