Rated 4 out of 5 by from Informative, Entertaining and Basic I find referring to this book rather fun and quite interesting/informative. If I'm watching an interview on television or just having a conversation, it's interesting to note some of the basic, body language that we all naturally resort to, without being conscious of it. Good information for interviews of all kinds and social situations. I'd recommend this as a basic tool for learning body language.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A must for every communication student I have taken my share of communication classes in my lifetime and we simply touched upon non-verbal communications. Non-verbal or body language plays a huge part in the way that we do, see and act on the communication style of others not to mention ourselves. This book should be made mandatory in any communication class so to make everyone aware of the nuances in this under-estimated medium. I also believe that people in the sales and customer service industries would greatly benefit from reading this book.
