about

The Donovan family, Mom, Dad and five children are murdered with knives and icepicks one night in their living room.  An illegal immigrant named Oscar Valdez is found standing over the bodies holding a bloody knife and icepick.  He is sentenced to death for all seven murders.  Twelve years later with his appeals used up and three weeks before his execution he asks to speak to Justin Weaver.  Reluctantly Justin goes to see him and soon discovers that Valdez is not what he expected.  The death row inmate is resigned to his fate without any last minute cringing.  He summoned Justin to ask for a favor.  The oldest Donovan daughter Megan survived because she was not there that night.  However, Oscar tells Justin that she was there that night and in fact she engineered the whole thing, hiring two men to do the killing as she watched her parents and siblings being slaughtered.  Oscar wants Megan Donovan to be punished for what she did.  Justin believes Oscar and after finding out about Megan Donovan’s past he knows she must be stopped.  He, Belinda, Jozette and Andy set out to save an innocent man from being executed and to see that the guilty one pays.
