Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good purchase Some really great recipes, but you have to be careful of carbs and some of the recipes are pretty ingredient heavy. I wish that there were substitutions available for those recipes containing eggs. Lots of handy information.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from High in carbs and sugar I am a type one diabetic and bought this cookbook and was disappointed in how high a lot of the recipe's were in carbohydrates and natural sugars. I had a difficult time with my blood sugar levels I ate very small portions. The recipe's are clean and wonderful, I do make some but modify to my needs. The ingredient lists are pretty long which i'm not a fan of. The cookbook isn't bad, just not for me and my needs.
