Rated 1 out of 5 by from More of the same. Save your money Robert Kennedy Publishing has done it again. And again and again and again. Nothing new in this book. Just more unhealthy soy, tofu and tilapia recipes. Save your money folks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I've been a big fan of the Eat Clean diet series and this book has not disappointed. It does give the basics of clean eating again, so some may find that repetitive, but there is quite a bit of new info and tips. As for the diet plan itself, it is quite restrictive and is based on a pre-competition diet (though it is a little less restrictive) so it can be tough to stick to. But, if you're able to finish the 4 weeks, you will get great results!
