Rated 2 out of 5 by from Vegetarian?? I was very much looking forward to picking up this book when it came out. I then found out it has a whole chapter on seafood and a lot of the breakfast recipes have eggs. I don't believe this book should of been called a vegetarian cookbook, as for myself and most vegetarians I know do NOT eat seafood/fish or eggs.
