Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful Fantasy Novel for Young Teenagers I collected this entire series when I was younger, and have lost track of how many times I've read each of the books. Was captivated from the moment I cracked it open, and would recommend to any young readers with and interest in fantasy. Shame the hardcover versions are so hard to come by these days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enchanting Although this is a children's story I love reading it over even now in my 20s. The vocabulary is challenging at times even now and the illustration is beautiful. Even without them the book describes the animals perfectly leaving enough blanks for you imagination to explore and create the deepwoods for yourself.
