Rated 5 out of 5 by from the essential calvin &hobbes : treasury What is so great about calvin & hobbes? the triangle smile calvin has, his facial expression for disgusting supper. the fact that my dad looks like calvin's dad, the fact that while calvin was very outrageous, i realize i did the same things when i was a kid. but all the cool drawings and ingenious stunts doesn't capture calvin & hobbes... you know what does? sitting at an airport in vancouver reading calvin and hobbes, trying to be a proper and not disturb the other people. but it is so funny that you start laughing. then you laugh again, well after awhile people realize why you are laughing...how can you not?
