Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad, better suited to beginners to green smoothies The book overall is good - lots of variety! With that being said, I found that the recipes didn't usually contain a lot of veggies (1 cup per recipe, which contains 4 servings, so only half serving of veggies per smoothie serving). I also didn't like that the nutritional info didn't have sugars listed and I found that some of the nutritional info seemed off. I will continue to use the book and just increase the veggie servings to my liking.
