Tina's book on how to do it right, with great recipes, is fantastic. I am very busy during the week with work and life, so it's an easy fall back to eat out or pick up something that's not good for me. If I spend some time on the weekend getting meals ready for the week that doesn't happen. Great book if you have a busy life but want to eat better.
