Rated 4 out of 5 by from So Useful! I love this cookbook! My only complaint is that there aren't any photos. I have used more recipes from this book than I have from any other cookbook (non-vegan books included). I loved that there were recipes for simple comfort foods and complex recipes for when you're feeling adventurous. The info in the introduction was very helpful too. This is my go-to cookbook. I don't know how long I would have lasted being vegan without it!
