Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow!!! This is a fantastic book full of practical ideas and hilarious in style. I giggled so much while reading it that I felt renewed and refreshed. Aaron writes as if he was sitting in my kids church. He articulates clearly what I've dreamed and felt about in my own experience of working with kids. "The problem with Sunday," Aaron writes "is that it comes every 7 days." Can you concur??? And the best part of this book is that he clearly states how its not the size of a church budget that makes the biggest impact... it's articulating the story--telling it for reality. No Children's Ministry should be without this book. It should be studied by every pastor and volunteer!

Editorial Reviews

'For church leaders intent on making the most of the Sunday school hour for children, this book presents a step-by-step guide to bringing the style back to weekend kids programming....Reynolds offers some 80 pages of ideas for creatively teaching the Bible to kids. Ideas are always good -- and Reynolds' suggestions are great. From audience participation (kinesthetic), to video clips (visual), his ideas may provide a shot in the arm for many children's programs in search of new life. Those who stand to gain the most from a read of this book are leaders overseeing Sunday schools and volunteers themselves....'
