I'm still happy that I have a copy on hand but wish it had MORE. waiting for Metabolic revolution (pre ordered) and see what that will be like. great food. lot of prep. worth it? absolutely. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Haven't used it much I bought this after following the FMD for one week. I have only made one recipe out of it. For me I like to stick to my main foods with easy prep. Not saying the recipes in here are complicated it's just that I don't want to be fiddling around with new recipes after working a 10 hour day. I would suggest getting it from the library first.

But her recipes are absolutely horrible and I spent an inordinate amount of time hunting down foods (expensive) and in preparation After the 28-day period of the diet I stopped and have just stayed with cutting out the junk, watching portion sizes, and limiting certain foods. So far it has worked.

You have to get organized for the first week, get ingredients needed and pre-prepare dinners for week. I feel full and satisfied, the only hard days are Wednesday and Thursday ( veggie and proteins only!).  I am constantly eating! Abstaining from having a coffee in morning was rough for the first week but no problem thereafter. Fell energized, happy and motivated. Good luck!!
