Rated 5 out of 5 by from More then meets the eye I wouldn't say that I have social anxiety as much I just have social inhibitions around talking to new people but, I saw and met Justin in action at a networking event and he really knows his stuff. After reading his book this is very much applicable to many areas of life. It's jam packed with mental tools that I have been applying daily and my confidence has been dramatically improving. You've made a life long fan sir, thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truth about change and progress is worth reading Quinton brings to light some very harsh truths about what's required to fix anxieties all while walking you through each step. Very cool layout of a book, with the different steps. Will definitely be recommending this to friends who need a confidence makeover!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This really helped Very cool layout of the book, its broken into stages that were very easy to apply. Its a bit of a dry read at points, but its as advertised. A must read for anyone who enjoys psychology tho. The ideas are harsh but true and something anyone who needs more confidence should look into. Overall a very challenging but worthwhile experience going through the exercises

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Different, very interesting Found this in the new release section, and I must say its a rather unique approach to curing anxiety. Its not common to find a self help title without positivity or meditation. This is a very different take, but a classically effective one. I didn't apply all the challenges but I still found the information enlightening. Definitely recommend for anyone under 30 who wants to improve confidence and get over social anxiety.
