Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent read thoroughly enjoyed this book and definitely has opened my mind to understand a different way which our bodies and mind work. I read this book barely knowing anything about physics so I found the first chapter to be a tough read and had to go back and read it again before moving on. The rest of the book was a breeze to understand. Would highly recommend this book if this is a subject you are interested in.
