Entertaining, light yet he has a way of thinking outside the box and making the reader really open their eyes to how collaboration can be a win win alternative. I will recommend it to all my forward thinking friends.

It is so wonderful to read a book where an author not only understands this, but has spent an entire career walking his talk. The author provides the reader with practical tools for collaborative decision-making. The book outlines how the actions and decisions we make today can impact the future... for the better. His experienced approach to collaboration is a must-read for anyone grappling with ethical leadership and looking for workable and practical approaches to collaboration.

Savage, is the consummate book for people to read to learn HOW to work together in business, politics and in their personal lives, and HOW to make collaboration a real and vital way of being in the world.
