Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have for cooking delicious vietnamese food A very beautiful cookbook, but most important of all, it holds delicious recipes from Lemongrass chili chicken, Banh Cuon, Chargrilled pork with vermicelli noodles, Banh Xeo, Lemongrass skewers, etc. Also basic recipes for condiments and sauces. A must have!
