Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful flavours I bought this for my mother who is an avid baker. The photos are beautiful and the recipes are amazing. Lots of great flavour combinations and a nice selection of different crust types to choose from as well. Great instructions with photos of key steps especially for latticing techniques. Some recipes are a bit sweet and worth reducing the sugar a little bit.
