I've made lots of recipes out of the book and they were very easy. I've been following her for years and she is still inspiring year after year. If your new to the raw diet world or just looking for healthy recipes this is the book to start with.

If you are not familiar with Kristina - google fullyraw and check out her YouTube channel, website etc. She is one of the most inspiring women I've ever met and I recommend getting this book and learning something new (: She is pioneering the way to the future of healthcare - one not based on drugs, but on preventative measures through nutrition.
