Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely a way to go After being on an alkaline diet for over a year, I took it step further with combining foods as Dr. Hay suggested and I feel absolutely fanastic! I am able to eat foods I couldn't eat for some time and I am losing weight as well. Dr Hay cured his own kidney disease with this method, it is amazing and quite simple - Don't eat foods that fight each other. Your digestive system is sensitive and if you are overweight or ill - you need to try this method.
