Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is perfect and easy! I used to buy every new book about diets that came out. I always thought "this makes sense, now I have the answer". Then why did I keep buying new books and trying new programs? Three years ago I got McDougall's other book "The Starch Solution". This is the only other book on diets that I have bought since. It works and I am proof of that. It is easier than you think and I am finally free to live my life!
