The holy table, & and thing more anciently, properly, and literally used under the New Testament, then that of an altar: written long ago by a minister in Lincolnshire, in answer to D. Coal; a judicious divine of Q. Maries dayes.

It is reasonably certain that no one compositor and probably no one printing house produced the whole of this or any other edition in STC. The printer supplied in this imprint has been identified from the ornaments in the preliminaries and A1r, and how much he contributed to the rest of the respective editions is undetermined (STC).
In this edition, page 234 last line begins "thereunto". Some copies have quires V-Y and 2A in the same typesetting and STC 25725.8.
Pages marked and torn throughout.
