The Juicing Bible not only contains recipes for juicing fruits and veggies, it gives you an insight to jucie machines, herbs and their healing properties as well as a good section on ailments and how to avoid or ease them. The best part of all is that everyting is in one book !! This is great for anyone wanting to partake in a healthier lifestyle or for you already "healthy" people out there....the recipes taste great and are easy to follow! I definately recommend this book !!!

Pat Crocker is the author of the award winning Healing Herbs Cookbook (Robert Rose). She is a culinary herbalist and professional home economist with more than 25 years experience. Past president of an herbalist association, she brings her passion about herbs to many newspaper and magazine articles as well as lecture events.

Susan Eagles is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and is a qualified herbalist. She offers workshops on various topics regarding health concerns.
