Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous This book is an excellent tool for those thinking of starting their children on the GF/CF diet. The recipes are kid tested and friendly, and are delicious for the whole family. The information contained in this book helps break down the diet in an easy to understand way as well, making the transition onto the diet a less overwhelming experience for everyone involved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful! This cookbook has been a great help to our family. We have a grandson who was recently diagnosed with Autism and we were having a great deal of trouble making sure that he was eating healthy well balanced meals,as he had to have gluten and dairy foods removed from his diet. It contains a wide variety of recipes that are very kid friendly and would be suitable for any child with a variety of food allergies or sensitivities. This book really helps with fussy eaters. The child who won't eat because they don't like the colour, texture or ingredients. It also provides lots of information about what foods to use as a substitute for the foods that need to be removed from the child's diet. And information about why the offending food may need to be removed. It is a well written and laid out book. I would recommend it very highly.
