It introduces you to a new world of healthy eating and many veggies which you've never heard of. The book does not preach but encourages you to try new culinary experiences. She takes us through her own personal journey and what it means for her to be vegan. The recipes are both easy and delicious (especially the peanut butter cups which all my non-vegan friends ask me to make them regularly). I highly recommend this book to anyone who is even considering becoming vegan or who is already there.
