He took poetry back from the hands of the bourgeoisie and put it into the hands of the working man, the waitress, the people who've seen their dreams broken and those who seek the beauty in the average. The extraordinary in the ordinary. And this collection is an outstanding example of this. It was my first collection but will not be my last!
