Rated 1 out of 5 by from This item is a poster NOT the book I was attempting to order the book "The Leadership Challenge", searched it, saw the "Trade Paperback" listed for 11.40 went to the page where it said, under "from the publisher" the following: "The most trusted resource on becoming a leader is now updated and revised for a new generation. This leadership classic continues to be a bestseller after three editions and twenty years in print. It is the gold standard for research-based leadership, and the premier resource on becoming a leader. This new edition, with streamlined text, more international and business examples, and a graphic redesign, is more readable and accessible than ever before" From this I assumed that it was the book. It was not until a poster arrived in the mail that I went back and re-read the web page for the item, noting all the information above but under "dimensions" it says "1 Pages". If you are looking for the book itself go back and re-do your search and make sure it is in fact the item you are looking for. The book is supposed to be very good and once I get in touch with Chapters and get the correct item sent (and hopefully this very confusing listing changed) and read the book I will post a review of the real thing.
