Rated 1 out of 5 by from It gave me crabs and will give them to you too! "You do you" the mantra of the dumbest most selfish generation in history. Lets all just worry about ourselves while pretending to be outraged about everything. Not caring is just about the worst advice you can give someone and here this eejit wrote a whole book on it. Don't buy it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Honestly Life Changing Throughout this book, Knight uses humour to convey to the reader honest opinions of how one can change their lives for the better... by not giving a f*ck! Although repetitive at times, its a good and quick read.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay There are some chuckle-worthy moments, but it feels like the joke was stretched too far and repeated too often. The book is fluffy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Repetitive Honestly, I felt like this book was just on a repetitive loop and I did not learn a whole lot in terms of how to actually "not give a f*ck". That being said, some of the material was slightly entertaining!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The joke gets tired It begins as a funny, edgy guide to sticking it to the world and making sure you're "doing you". But life is more complicated than always/only looking out for yourself. It was repetitive and shallow, I couldn't get past the first third.

It really helps you ease into "not giving a fuck" on the choices you make. Many pages in this book that i refer back to when i need it. Great "self-help" book for start with!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love love love. read this. I've had a very overwhelming year, perhaps even years. The last year has been particularly anxiety provoking and I've often thought "who even cares?". This book was the perfect aid to providing some solace and a feeling of relief to know that I'm not the only one inundated with a bunch of unnecessary situations and problems. It also told me it's okay to not care and that I can do something about all that's overwhelming me and adding to my anxiety. This is a must read for a lot of people. I'd love to gift it to many people in my family and friends circle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really does make you think Excellently written! It'll make you smile and nod along in agreement at the different situations you haven't realized (or maybe you have) you really don't give a flap about. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Witty This book is awesome. Only thing I didn't like is the excessive swearing, but I think that was kind of the point. It's super funny and it really makes you think about what does/does not matter in life. I had a good time reading it and as cliche as it sounds, it really did change my life and the way I look at and prioritize things.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not my fav I had high expectations for this book. I'm a sucker for any witty and hilarious "self help" books but this one was kinda boring and felt like something I had already read. I didn't think it was bad but I thought it could be a little more interesting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Actually Life Changing When i got this book, I didn't have high hopes but I was intrigued by the title. After reading this book I can gladly say I don't care as much over the small things, which has allowed me to be less stressed out overall. Since reading it, I have recommended this book to everyone and like me they are now reserving their time, energy and money on things they actually give a f**k about.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life Changing! I tend to be too busy for my own good, and over time I've lost the time to focus on what I love to do. This book is perfect in helping anyone to reprioritize what is important to them. You'll learn to do what's important to you, and guess what - you won't give a f*ck about what anyone else thinks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sara Knight is my new Life Coach Yes this book lets you know right up front that it is a Practical Parody. DO NOT let this fool you! Sarah Knight is a genius and we should all take a page (pg 39 to be exact)from her book about the magic of Not Giving A F*CK. It will free up your life of unworthy time wasters, and give you more time to spend on those things and people who are really worth dipping into your F*CK budget for. Those things that really bring joy to your life. It will change the way you spend your F*CKS. No Joke!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Declutter Your Life By Discovering What You Really Care About Like the cover says, this is a practical parody. Sarah Knight, taking her inspiration of Marie Kondo's fabulous book on how to declutter your home, gives humours (but oh so true) advice about how to declutter your life. Her advice more or less boils down to stop caring about what other people will think and instead do what makes you and the people you love happy. Sarah Knight is funny and very thought provoking. I got a lot more out of this book than I expected to. Deciding what you really, honestly give a f*ck about and what you don't is an exercise we should all do.

Editorial Reviews

"While organisational guru Marie Kondo has turned millions of people on to the importance of 'sparking joy' by tidying up their physical space, a new book is turning attention to the need to declutter one's mental space. The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F--k is a self-help book for people who don't do self-help books...[it] stands out from the self-help pack not only for its frank language and sense of humour, but also because it is about less in a culture of more."-Daily Life (Australia)
