Rated 4 out of 5 by from fun and interesting for first time reader I bought this for my younger sister who never was into reading. She loves the book. I have read to her a couple times and it keeps a nice amount of humour and mystery mixed in to make sure she stays interested. Can't wait to continue the rest of the series with her.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from fun mystery read for pre-teen this is an interesting series for pre-teen readers. probably a little easy for teens, but was a great option for my pre-teen daughter for beach read. kept her interest during the day, and she was back at it in the evening too. good mystery series for young mystery lovers. not too "watered down" - keeps them intrigued. she is anxiously awaiting the paper release of the 4th book in the series now.
