Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great "by-ingredient" reference guide The recipes in the book are listed by ingredient. It's a great reference guide, and a way to get inspiration. Personally, I think "In Season", which is similar in many ways is better, but this book is also a good option. There are also notes to adapt recipes to be gluten free or vegan, if needed. The chapter are: Apples Artichokes Asparagus Avocados Berries Broccoli Brussels Sprouts Cabbage & Chicories Carrots Cauliflower Citrus Corn Cucumber Eggplant Greens Herbs Mushrooms Onions Peas Peppers Potatoes Root Veggies Stone Fruits Tomatoes Winter Squash Zucchini & Summer Squash

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS! So well organized - first cookbook i've seen organized by vegetable. Wish there would have been a section devoted to beet recipes (my only complaint). Great pictures, and easily adaptable recipes with common ingredients :) Delish!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful This cookbook has absolutely beautiful photography and dishes throughout! It's organised by fruit/vegetable, though - ie., a broccoli chapter, cabbage chapter, carrot chapter, etc. That makes it easy to use when looking to use up something you have in the fridge, but a little harder when you're looking for dinner inspiration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great addition to my bookshelf! I've had this cookbook for about a month and I've already tried a number of recipes. What's nice about this book is that the recipes are simple and I usually have the majority of the ingredients already in my pantry. I like how this book is organized by ingredient (e.g. berries, broccoli) which makes it easy to turn to when I'm trying to use something up in the fridge. The pictures are lovely as well. Would definitely recommend this book

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Addition to my Collection! Great photos, and, more importantly, very tasty vegetarian recipes. The book is divided in sections each dedicated to a specific vegetable or fruit. The recipes are simple and do not require a ton of ingredients. Everything I've cooked from this book has been great so far! Make sure you try the Quinoa Tacos with Pickled Onions and the Dutch Baby. Don't forget to also check out Jeanine's blog: Love and Lemons.
