Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Book - Must Read for Health Fanatics! As a long time fitness and health aficionado, and biology student, I am always looking for ways to improve my physique and health. This book came at the perfect time because I have been having trouble maintaining my optimal physique in the past two years. I am usually quick to dismiss health themed books because of the lack of evidence and scientific research to back up claims. However, after conducting some research of my own, I found out that both these authors have bachelors in biochemistry and are naturopathic doctors, so they know what they are talking about. They offer good advice and tips. I highly recommend to also purchase their other book: "Lose Weight Here" to gain a much better understanding of how metabolism is affected by both nutrition and fitness.
