About the Author

Trenton Lee Stewart was born in 1970. His love for writing began in elementary school with Poetry. His favorite books as a child were Watership Down and The Hobbit. He also thought of being an inventor but by the time he graduated high school he knew writing would be his destiny. He graduated from the Iowa Writer's Workshop and wrote the adult novel "Flood Summer" in 2005. He has since become a children's novelist with the three part series - "The Mysterious Benedict Society". He also teaches creative writing in his hometown Little Rock Arkansas.
