Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great book, terrible dialogue As a gaming nerd I really enjoyed reading Console Wars. It managed to give me an insider's view of the companies that shaped modern video gaming. Unfortunately the way the author decided to tell the story would make anyone cringe. Had Harris focused more on the story and on showcasing his research instead of trying to imagine what the actors in this story though or said it would have been a significantly better book. I only recommend it if you are interested in gaming history, if not go read a Wikipedia article.
