Rated 5 out of 5 by from I lost 60lbs in five months. Leslie Beck nails it in this easy-to-use guide to eating right. Her recipes, which can also be found in her cookbook, are excellent. I was not hungry and I felt nourished on the meal plan. Furthermore, Beck taught me a lot about the biophysiological aspects to weight loss and why certain habits are important. I think she's brilliant, my doctor thinks she's brilliant (and he recommended her to me). I'm a therapist in private practice and I knew a lot about weight loss already. No one gets it more right than Beck. If you listen, if you cooperate and if you can really connect with your dreams for your life, her book can show you the way.
