Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for me! Splenda is not for me.  I prefer sugar to artificial sweeteners, if there is no other substitute.  I was hoping to be given other options ---- not Splenda.  This book is not what it claims to be.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very misrepresented I also ordered this book online before there were any reviews made on it, and I am very disappointed that I did. I was interested in a book that gave healthy alternatives to sugar, not artificial sweeteners. I will be returning this book.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misrepresented-No-Sugar means substitute Spelnda I ordered this book online and was really anticipating its arrival after reading any and all details the book included by way of description and such.  It says that no unhealthy  or sugar substitutes are used in these recipes etc . . .  I couldn't be more disappointed and well a little outraged! . . .  most of the recipes require Splenda instead of sugar.  I don't consider artificial sugars to be healthy alternatives!  I was expecting "use a cup of applesauce or yogurt" etc...  I returned it right away, all the Staff who read the back/summary as I did were equally surprised and could understand my outrage! . .   If you like using Splenda . . . then this is the book for you!!!
