Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn't like the diet, but like the receipes I tried to follow the Paleo Diet for a week. I hated it. However, I bought this cookbook and really like some of the receipes. I change them a little to suit my tastes. I love the smoothies - they are delicious and hold you until your next meal. It is a very healthy way to eat!
