Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommended Mackenzie Kyle has done it again! The Performance Principle, written as a story, is an enjoyable read and makes learning the principles of performance management simple and easy. Mackenzie’s use of humor throughout provides entertainment value that is missing in many business books. If you have supervisory responsibility for a team of any sort, or if understanding and motivating people is important to you, then this book is well worth the read.
