Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Vegan Book Ever I really love this book. It has so many good recipes in it, I use it all the time. The Beanie Veggie Loaf is great, I make it and freeze it, (separate the slices, wrap it in parchment paper then Saran wrap). At Xmas when everyone else is having gravy on their turkey, I make vegan mushroom gravy, and serve it on our loaf and it is great. There's a great Quinoa salad for light lunches you can take to work. Entertaining, Fettuccine Alfredo with Roasted Vegetables, she didn't miss much with this book. All the recipes are pretty straight forward. The ingredients are in all of our grocery stores. Nothing very hard to fine.
