Rated 1 out of 5 by from The pound a day diet I was really excited to get this book after seeing Rocco appear on The View. I read the book once received and looked through the recipes. Unfortunately its American based so I am having a hard time finding some of the ingredients to make the recipes ie. Motts sweetner. I'll keep looking but I wish I could return the book. It won't be of much help to me if I can't make the food.
