We all have health needs and challenges and Nomi Shannon gets to the core of todays health problems. Her book motivates me to be responsible for my own health and to pass on that knowledge to my clients. Raw foods/living nutrition should be taught to us all and we would be a much healthier nation. A must read for anyone looking to improve their health.
