Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy with this book This book is a fun intro to raw foods. I love the images, and how most of the recipes are super simple. Many of the same ingredients are used in a lot of the recipes though (such as Miso paste and Tahini) so make sure you have access to those. And you will like the book a lot better if you have a dehydrator.
