Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great read but would've been better if it has centred less on the US An absolute superb book that would've been a lot better had it not become so ethno-centered around America in the second half of the century. Still, albeit this (quite important) defect, an amazing read that will leave one wanting more and more and more.
