I have made 6 recipes so far (only had it a few weeks) and love everyone of them. Great tips as well on how to pick fish and substitutions suggested. Most ingredients I have on hand which is a HUGE plus for a cookbook. 5 stars and I hope she puts out more books.

We have been eating using only her recipes for 2 weeks now and every single one has been great! The recipes have been light and flavourful. They are so good that you don't think about the fact that they are good for you. Dieting for us these past 2 weeks has been a pleasure! I definitely recommend it!

This cookbook is a winner...we have had it for about 2 weeks and already have added a number of new recipes to our go to roster. In this day and age where so much is available on the internet, I was debating the value of buying another cookbook but I am glad I did.

I have had my issue for almost 2 weeks and our family has some favourites from it that they enjoy them as much as I do making them. I have a slow cooker chicken white bean chili verde in right now for dinner tonight and it's starting to smell delicious. Happy to be cooking healthy and tasty meals that my entire family enjoys...thanks Gina!
